The head feels extremely realistic. It's not overly firm so it's flexible which is nice. It's a good width so it took some getting used to, but it works very well. It washes well and it doesn't smell like nasty plastic has a powder smell to it and doesn't irritate. Washes really well and it's not sticky. I like it very much...it sticks to the shower wall very well.

The entire thing looks very realistic. It's firm to give you that "full" feeling without being so hard that it's uncomfortable. Like the previous reviewer said, it has kind of a powdery smell. I highly recommend this product!
